Update notes for v0.48
Truck City v0.48 has just been released. This is the change log:
- Feature: Sandbox mode now allows configuring the initial amount of money
- Improvement: added new factory icons to Alt mode
- Improvement: adjusted factory Alt mode overlay and shadows
- Improvement: right click drag camera rotation made smoother
- Improvement: minor efficiency improvements
